		<description>They aren&#039;t really trying to hire someone.... the  low pay gives it away. What they did, is hired someone a ways back temporariliy at a very low rate. Then they took his skills inventory, and made a job posting on monster... Its an easy way to comply with EEOC regs and viasa requirements, as no one else will have that exact skill set, nor apply for such a low rate of pay.
