		<description>Random other comment: If I were google tech head, I would make it searchable but not browse-able. You could, for instance, search for &#039;frustrate&#039; and it would give you, say, 3 lines centered around &#039;should not be used to frustrate the ends of medicine.&#039; - however, you couldn&#039;t go backwards or forwards. It wouldn&#039;t be worth your effort, or anybody&#039;s that I can think of, to then search for the last word of the section it gives you, and then again, and again, and again blah blah blah - but you could still find what you were looking for! Sigh - to be a google techie...</description>
